ePlanet Brokers Blocked My Account and Funds

Account No. 2***** I respectfully request WikiFX Mediation to assist in resolving my dispute with ePlanet Brokers. My account has been blocked for more than one month, and I have been unable to access my client portal or withdraw my funds during this entire period. I deposited USD 6,000, and my current account balance is USD 9,134. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to contact the broker, I have received no meaningful response or explanation regarding the status of my funds. In addition, I have completely lost access to my client portal, and the live chat has blocked my ability to send messages, leaving me with no effective way to communicate with the company. I have fully complied with all verification and compliance requirements and submitted every document requested. I kindly ask WikiFX Mediation to contact ePlanet Brokers, help restore access to my account, and ensure that my withdrawal is processed without any further unnecessary delays.
