I deposited 18.5 USD on 11/8/2026 at 16:25 into my account, but the balance remained at zero. After contacting the account manager, she said that the account was archived and that I needed to create a new account and top up the funds so they could deposit the money into it. I created a new account, topped up the funds, and contacted them, but they did not refund the money or deposit it into the new account. If the original account was archived, how could they allow a deposit through it and then not add it to the balance? My TNFX account details are attached along with the deposited amount.
