I had invested USD 34637 as investment in Fxroad. In beginning their account Manager told me that invest money in the Gold after investment asking again and again to invest more. They promise me to clear the credit after that i can withdraw amount but they are not keeping their words. They just want more and more amount as investment. After investment all investment gone to negative & not allowing us to withdraw any amount. They ask for settlement of USD 10000 which i agreed, Till date they never settle the amount. So don't invest u r amount in Fxroad. Its a big big scam company.

This is a scam broker, I have deposited in it and I have made good profit and it has stopped my withdrawal, it is not giving withdrawal, I will also share its screenshot with you people, this withdrawal is not continuing, this is its issue and once it has also been double rejected and its support team is also not helping at all, this is absolutely a scam broker

My total exposure was 6 lots (3 Buy and 3 Sell positions, fully hedged). My balance was approximately $3000, with around $1800 as floating loss due to hedging, leaving about $1200 equity. Under normal conditions, a fully hedged setup should remain stable, as Buy and Sell positions offset each other regardless of price movement. However, all positions were closed simultaneously at the exact same second, and my margin level dropped to around 6%, which is highly abnormal. There were no major news events at that time. This suggests extreme spread widening or execution/pricing irregularities. When I first requested to withdraw my profits, I was told that because my deposit was made in cryptocurrency, I could not withdraw any profits until two months had passed. Later, my first withdrawal request for USD 900 was approved. However, when I requested to withdraw my entire balance, I was told again that it was not possible until the two-month period had passed. Now, approximately one month has passed. I submitted another withdrawal request for USD 1,093, but I received only USD 500 without any clear explanation. EPlanet has provided no clear explanation, evidence, or timeframe for resolving the issue. This situation appears to be an unlawful withholding of client funds and raises serious concerns about possible fraud. I demand the immediate restoration of access to my account and the full withdrawal of all funds belonging to me. I withdraw 7 days before. Still not approved. Still pending. They Ask me deposit receipt. I send it. After their end no response no call no mail reply. Every day I send mail 4 times. Nothing done.

Warning based on my personal experience. They are Scammers be careful. . . I deposited USD 200 successfully, but withdrawing my funds has become a major problem. A USD 30 withdrawal resulted only in an international remittance receipt, but the funds have not reached my bank. A USD 10 Binance withdrawal worked once, but the broker refuses to process further Binance withdrawals. My new withdrawal requests remain pending/rejected, and I cannot even submit a support ticket because the system shows "Failed to Create Ticket." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this broker until it resolves these withdrawal and customer support issues.

TopFX has cancelled my legal profits exceeding $850 under any terms - all traders using TopFX have their trading accounts immediately restricted and terminated upon receipt of legal profits. The trader confiscated over $850 of my profits and only refunded my initial deposit of $500. They cited Article 28.6 but did not provide any server logs, technical evidence, or evidence of misconduct. My trading is executed normally based on market price fluctuations, without using any prohibited software, arbitrage, or system manipulation. When I requested more details, TopFX closed its internal communication channels and refused to respond. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles (FSA Seychelles) and attached all supporting documents. ALERT FOR TRADERS: Flip Trade Group Contest Issue - Jan 2026 I participated in Flip Trade Group’s $10,000 live trading contest from Jan 25-30, 2026. On the final day, the leaderboard froze for 5 hours before the official close. My profit ratio reached 1123.58% but the rankings did not update, which left my account in 4th place instead of 1st. Meanwhile, 3 accounts with little to no prior activity suddenly appeared in the top spots. I reported the issue during the contest. Support replied: "technical issues". After the contest, my requests for verification were dismissed. Update July 2026: After escalation, the broker has agreed to a 2-3 week investigation and to provide historical records of each participant's equity at the relevant time, along with verification of the contest results and the winning accounts. Awaiting broker investigation results due by August 10, 2026. I will publish all screenshots and email proof if the results are not provided. Thank you.

I would like to file a complaint against JustMarkets I was trading with a hedged position of 2.5 lots buy and 2.5 lots sell. The floating loss on the hedged positions was around $1,300, and I also had approximately $1,300 free margin available in the account. According to their report, the positions were closed due to Stop Out. However, this is not logical, as my account still had sufficient margin beyond the hedged amount. When I attempted to close a profitable 0.5 lot buy trade, all positions were suddenly closed at the same time without my consent. The trades were closed with an abnormal spread increase from 17 to around 80 points, causing losses to reach approximately $1,550. Buy and sell trades were closed at different prices. Despite this, my remaining balance after closure was $1,136, which clearly indicates that there was still available margin, enough to maintain or even open similar positions. I decided to test trading with this broker and deposited 105.8427 USDT into account .The funds were never credited, even though the deposit, according to the transaction, was in their cryptocurrency wallet within a minute of the transfer. Scammers usually don't withdraw deposits, but this broker has gone further and isn't even funding the account. If you don't believe this review, then at least don't deposit a large amount; losing your deposit is guaranteed.
